I am an artist based in Tauranga, New Zealand. I have been painting as a career since 2007. I work mostly in acrylics. Having grown up in the Bay of Plenty, surrounded by the ocean, beaches and harbour, much of my inspiration comes from local scenery. The majority of my work involves a coastal theme. I also enjoy painting native New Zealand plants and birds and many of my paintings include these giving it an unmistakable New Zealand feel. My paintings often come from a collection of ideas combined to create a unique piece of art.
